Application Profile - Apps - Collection Letters
The Apps - Collection Letters tab lets you enable collection letters and specify the location of the credit union's collection letters.
How do I? and Field Help
Use the following fields to enable collection letters and specify the location of the credit union's collection letters.
- In the Loan Prefix field, enter a prefix between 1 and 5 characters long for the name of the loan collection letters. System default is LCLTR.
- In the Share Prefix field, enter a prefix between 1 and 5 characters long for the name of the share collection letters. System default is SCLTR.
- In the Credit Card Prefix field, enter a prefix between 1 and 5 characters long for the name of the credit card collection letters. System default is KCLTR.
- In the Mortgage Loan Prefix field, enter a prefix between 1 and 5 characters long for the name of the mortgage loan collection letters. System default is MCLTR.
- Click the browse button (...) next to the Collection Letter Path field to select the shared location for the collection letters. Fiserv recommends using C:\Letters as the location. You must add the Letters folder to your C drive using Windows Explorer before you can click the browse button to locate the folder. If the collection letter path does not exist, an error message will appear when you access the Tickler File grid.
Click Apply to apply your changes to the Application Profile settings. Click OK to accept your changes. Click Refresh to refresh the Application Profile settings. Click Cancel to close the dialog box without saving your changes.
