Adding a New Audio ID

The Add New Audio ID dialog box lets you add a new audio ID. The member can have multiple audio IDs. You can hot card an audio ID and add a new ID for the member; however, only one of the audio IDs can be active (not hot carded) at a time. Complete the following steps to access the Add New Audio ID dialog box:

  1. Under Member Services on the Portico Explorer Bar, click Account Information. The Overview tab appears on top.
  2. Locate the member using the search tool on the top menu bar. Select the down arrow to select the search method, then enter the search criteria. Select the green arrow or press ENTER to locate the member.
  3. Click the New Services tab.
  4. In the Self Service group box, click the Audio Response button. The Add New ID dialog box will appear.

Complete the following fields to add a new audio ID.

In the New ID field, enter the identification number used to process Audio Response, or self service transactions. The system requires a valid audio ID on the member account regardless of whether the credit union uses member number or Audio ID access. Length: 10 numeric (Keyword: CI)

To clear all fields and setup the audio ID from scratch, click the Clear all fields for add option.

To base the setup of the audio ID on an existing ID, click the Copy data from existing ID option. Then, click the down arrow to select the existing ID to use for the new ID setup.

Click Save to create the new ID. Click Cancel to disregard the new ID and close the window.
