Employee Security Associated Accounts

How do I?

The following tables illustrate how the Account Restriction drop-down list on the Contact Information tab, the security groups, and the Accounts Associated to window work together to restrict access to information, limit non-financial maintenance and prevent financial transactions.

If User belongs to this security group: Employee Security - Administrator

To access the Accounts Associated to window, click Security within the Administration menu on the Portico Explorer Bar. On the Security menu bar, click User Maintenance, then click Users. On the Users – List window, select a user and click the accounts associated with icon button.

Field Help

To add an account on the Accounts Associated to window, complete the following steps:

Enter the member number in the Member column.
Click the member lookup icon to display the member information.
Click the Relationship down arrow and select CU Employee for a CU Employee Restricted member account. Select Other for a Special Account Restricted or Non-Employee Extended Restrictions member account.
Click Apply, then click Save.

Click Cancel to return to the Users - List window.
