The User Status Report lets you determine, at a glance, which users are logged into the system, or which users are at lunch or break. To access the report, click Security from the Administration menu on the Portico Explorer Bar. On the Security top menu bar, click Reports, then click User Status.

To view the users at a specific branch, click the Branch down arrow to select the branch. Then, click Search. Click Reset to clear the search criteria.

Click the column headings on the User Status grid to sort by column. Click the export icon to export the grid information to Microsoft Excel.

Column Heading Description
Name The name of the user.
User ID The ID associated with the user.
BR/TLR The branch and teller number associated with the user.
Station ID The workstation ID associated with the user.
Date & Time The date and time the action occurred.
Action

The Action column displays the following teller actions:

  • Logon
  • Break
  • Lunch
  • Logoff
  • Switch Branch/Teller

Users can click Lunch or Break on the User Security dialog box to log off Portico and report lunch or break on the User Status report.

The Action column displays the following Cross Sell and Tracking actions:

  • CrossSell Opportunity Turn On
  • CrossSell Opportunity Turn Off
