Creating Endorsement Groups

The Endorsement Group - New/Update window lets you add or update an endorsement group. To access the Endorsement Group - New/Update window, on the Portico Explorer Bar, click Tools under the Administration menu. On the Tools menu bar, click Messages, and click Endorsements. To edit the endorsement group, click the group name. To add a new endorsement group, click New.

On the Endorsement Group - New window, enter the name of the endorsement group in the Name field and click Save.

On the Endorsement Group - Update window, click New to add a new group item. To create a new group by copying an existing group, click the Copy From down arrow to select the endorsement group and click Copy.

Click Cancel to cancel your changes.

On the Endorsement Group - Update window, click New to add a new group item. To delete an endorsement group item, select the Delete check box, then click Delete.

Column Heading Description
All Select the Delete check box in the column heading to automatically select the Delete check box for each row.
Delete To delete an endorsement group item, select the Delete check box, then click Delete.
Name The name of the endorsement item.
Default If selected, the endorsement item is the default endorsement.
