Audio Response Security Groups

To access a member's audio response information, users must be assigned to one of the following pre-defined security groups or you can create your own security groups. You can add these permissions to a credit union-defined security group using the Security Group Permissions – Update window.

MbrInfo - Audio ID - New Audio ID	Member Services - User
MbrInfo - ATM/Audio - Card or Pin Issue – Maintain	Member Services - User
MbrInfo – Audio ID - View Only	Teller - Basic Teller - Advanced Member Services - User
MbrInfo - Audio ID – Maintain	Teller - Advanced Member Services - User
