Creating Product Groups

Cross Sell and Tracking records new sales of products and service that are not included in a Cross Sell plan. If you add a new product or service using the tabs or pop-up windows within New Member & Services or Financial Transactions, the sale is recorded in Cross Sell and Tracking. To provide employees with incentives for these sales, you must create a product group and define incentives for the product group.
