Integration with New Product & Service Origination
Cross Sell and Tracking is fully integrated with new product and service origination. When you…
- click the sale icon on the Opportunities pop-up window,
- select a product from the History – Cross Sell History tab and click Sell, or
- select a member and product from the Refer/Decline History window and click Sell
…you are automatically transferred to the appropriate tab or pop-up window within New Member & Services to add the selected product or service to the member’s portfolio. When the credit union employee successfully adds the new service or product, the sale is recorded in Cross Sell and Tracking with the employee receiving credit for the sale. The origin of sale will default to the employee’s origin of sale and the sale date will be the effective date of the transaction.
On the flip side, if you successfully add a new product or service using the tabs or pop-up windows within New Member & Services or Financial Transactions, the sale is recorded in Cross Sell and Tracking. The credit union employee who added the new service or product receives credit for the sale. The origin of sale will default to the employee’s origin of sale and the sale date will be the effective date of the transaction.
New loan and external product sales are tracked using the Sale window in Cross Sell and Tracking.
