Logging in Using a Another ID

Depending on your security group settings, you can click Change ID on the Portico Explorer Bar and access the Change Current Collections ID dialog box.

The Change Current Collections ID dialog box lets you log into Collections using a different ID and maintain the accounts in Collections assigned to that ID. The Current Collections ID field displays the current collections officer ID in use, if any. To log in using a new ID, enter the credit union-defined 2-character ID in the New Collections ID field. Click Save to log into Collections.

Click Cancel to close the dialog box.
