Assessing or Refunding Fees
The Fee Processing dialog box lets you assess or refund a fee for the contact request. Select Fee on the activity window to open the Fee Processing dialog box.

Complete the following steps to assess or refund a fee.
- Select the Fee Type down arrow to select the type of fee.
- Select the Refund Fee option to refund the fee to the member, or select the Process Fee option to assess the fee.
- Enter the fee amount in the Fee Amount field. (Length: 10 numeric)
- Select Continue to process the fee assessment or refund. The Adjustments - Share Deposit from General Ledger tab or Adjustments - Share Withdrawal from General Ledger tab appears for you to complete the transaction. Depending on your security permissions, a Save button appears instead of a Continue button. Select Save to log the fee in Contact Manager.
