Using Household Lookup

You can use the Household Lookup window to locate a member and discover why the member may have been offered a particular product or service.

To open the Household Lookup window, under Cross Sell on the Portico Explorer Bar, click Administration. On the Administration top menu bar, click MCIF, then click Household Lookup. The Household Lookup window appears.

Click the Search By down arrow and select the lookup option (Last Name, Member Number, Partial Last Name, Partial Member Number, or Social Security Number). Then, enter the lookup criteria in the corresponding field. Click Search. Click Reset to clear the Search Criteria fields.

Click a member number to open the MCIF Household Detail window.
