Selecting the MCIF Vendor

The MCIF Vendor Assignment window lets you select your MCIF vendor. Harte-Hanks, Harland, Raddon and ProfIT360 are currently supported.

To open the MCIF Vendor Assignment window, under Cross Sell on the Portico Explorer Bar, click Administration. On the Administration top menu bar, click MCIF, then click Vendor Assignment.

Select the vendor in the Vendors Not Assigned box and click Add. Click the Active Vendor down arrow to select the active vendor. The date and time of the last MCIF vendor database was loaded for the selected vendor automatically appears.

To remove a vendor, select the vendor in the Vendors Assigned box and click Remove.

Click Close to save the vendor assignments and close the window.
