The Sale History - View window lets you review sale history information. To open the Sale History - View window, under Cross Sell on the Portico Explorer Bar, click Tracking. On the Tracking top menu bar, click History, then click Sale History.

How do I? and Field Help

To view all the sale history available, click Search. To refine your search, complete any of the following fields in the Selection Criteria group box and click Search.

  • Click the Sold By down arrow to select the individual or department who made the sale.
  • In the Member Number field, enter the account number associated with the member (Length: 12 numeric).
  • Click the Plan Code down arrow to select the plan code associated with the sale.
  • Click the MCIF Product down arrow to select the MCIF product associated with the product sold.
  • Click the Product down arrow to select the product sold.
  • Click the Origin of Sale down arrow to select the department that made the sale to the member.
  • Click the Sale Date From down arrow to select the sale beginning date from the calendar or enter the date in MM/DD/YYYY format.
  • Click the Sale Date To down arrow to select the sale ending date from the calendar or enter the date in MM/DD/YYYY format.
  • In the Amount field, enter the amount of the sale (Length: 12 numeric).
    • Click the Greater Than or Equal To option to find sale history with amounts greater than or equal to the amount in the Amount field.
    • Click the Less Than or Equal To option to find sale history with amounts less than or equal to the amount in the Amount field.
    • Click the Equal To option to find sale history with amounts equal to the amount in the Amount field.
  • Click the Void down arrow to find voided sale records.

Click Reset to clear the Selection Criteria fields.

The Search Results grid displays the sale records. Click any of the column headings with an arrow to sort the grid in ascending or descending order by the column he The column heading with the bold arrow indicates the column the grid is currently sorted by.rted by. Select a page from the Page drop-down list to review a specific page. Click the single left and right arrows to scroll through the results page by page, or click the left and right double arrows to go to the first and last page of the results. Click the export icon to export history to Microsoft® Excel.

Click the member number to open the Sale – Update window and update the information.

For cross sell plans with trade lines criteria, click Trade Lines to display the Qualified Trade Lines dialog box.

The Search Results grid displays the following columns:

Column Heading Description

Member Number

The account number associated with the member.

Member Name

The name of the member.

Plan Code

The plan code associated with the sale.

MCIF Product Group

The MCIF product group associated with the sale.

Product

The product or service sold to the member.

Amount

The amount of the product or service sold to the member.

Sold By

The individual that should receive credit for selling the product or service to the member.

Sale Date/Time

The date and time of the sale in MM/DD/YYYY format and HH:MM:SS format using a 24-hour clock.

Origin of Sale

The department that made the sale.

Void

Indicates if the sale record was voided

New Member

Indicates if the member is new to the credit union

Source of Funds

The source of funds used to purchase the product or service.
