Customizing Member Close

You can customize the Member Close wizard by creating credit union-defined instructions to support your policies and procedures. You can also select optional information, such as member notes and overdraft protection information to appear in the Remove Additional Information panel. A customization option also lets you tie a specific event to the member close process so you can easily create a member event or contact.
