Disabling Cross Sell for a Member
You can disable Cross Sell and Tracking for a member that no longer wishes to be offered new opportunities. Complete the following steps to disable Cross Sell for a member:
- Locate the member using the search tool on the top menu bar. Select the down arrow to select the search method, then enter the search criteria. Select the green arrow or press ENTER to locate the member.
- Under Member Services on the Portico Explorer Bar, click Member Information.
- Click the Stmts/Reporting/Notices tab.
- In the Disclosures group box, clear the Cross Sell check box to disable Cross Sell and Tracking for the member. The member will not be reviewed for sales opportunities and the Opportunities pop-up will not appear.
- Click Save.
