The E-mail Messaging checkbox on the Stmts/Reporting/Notices tab and the Member Information – Messages tab in New Members and Services indicates if your members should receive product and account information through email. The system selects the E-mail Messaging checkbox automatically for all existing members. If you clear (uncheck) the E-mail Messaging checkbox, the system excludes the member from all email campaigns. Your can define the E-mail Messaging checkbox label by using the Customized Field - Update window. The Default NMO Value option will default to Yes, indicating that the system automatically selects the E-mail Messaging checkbox on the Member Information – Messages tab.
