The Self Service Advances field on the Loan Profiles - Additional Information tab will indicate if the loan type can be used for advances using an IBK. Certificates will be limited to history and inquiry access only; financial transactions will not be supported for certificates. Vendor credit card advances will not be supported. Portico loans classified as a credit card will use existing business rules to determine if advances are allowed.

Check holds on check deposits made via an IBK will be controlled by the same business rules used by ATMs. Portico will refer to the ATM Hold Days field on the Credit Union Profile - Teller tab for new accounts and the Hold Days field on the EFT Processing Rules tab for existing accounts.

Cash deposits and withdrawals will generate unsolicited CTR transactions that will be identified as Kiosk when IBK transactions are processed in Kiosk mode or as ATM when the IBK transactions are processed in ATM mode.

IBK transactions will be included in the Self-Service Counters table on the Self Service Information dialog box to document member IBK usage for Flexible Fees and/or Flexible Rewards. IBK transactions will be reported on the Self Service Activity Report 940, Self Service Counter Report 942, and Access Advantage Audit Report 950.
