New Products and Services Information

On the New Products and Services grid, click the Detail icon button to display additional information about the service.

Field Help

Source

The source of the application (New Member Applicant, Internet New Member Applicant, or Loancierge). For applications received via the Internet or Loancierge, place your mouse over the source icon to view the confirmation number.

Source Number

The confirmation number associated to the source.

Type

The type of application (new member application or new service for an existing member).

Received Date/Time

The date the application was originally created.

User

The credit union user and department that originally created the application.

Last Activity

The date and time activity last occurred on the application.

Grids

Column Heading	Description
Txn/Product/Service	The product or service added through New Members and Services.
Account ID and Description	The share or certificate type and description or account ID.
Txn Amount	The transaction amount.
CAN	The computer-assigned number.
Document Name	The name of the document
Account Identifier	The account ID associated with the document.
Signed	Indicates if the document has been signed.
Comp	Indicates if the document has been completed.
Imaged	Indicates if the document has been imaged.

Close

Click Close to close the dialog box.
