Maintaining Workstation IDs
Credit union administrators can view a list of all station IDs within the credit union, and add, change or delete station ID profiles. The Workstation menu on the Administration – Security menu bar lets you view the list of station IDs, maintain a station ID profile or add a new station ID.
To use the windows accessible via the Workstation menu, you must be a member of the Portico – Security – Administrator security group or you can assign the following permissions to an existing credit union-defined security group:
- Portico – Workstation – Menu Option
- Portico – Workstation – Station IDs – Menu Option
- Portico – Workstation – Station IDs – Maintain
- Portico – Workstation – Station IDs – View Only
