Creating Contact Records
You can access Contact Manager from any Portico window using the Contact Manager icon on the top menu bar. Select the down arrow next to the red telephone to open a contact record or activity window in Contact Manager.

You can create contact records for a variety of actions:
- ATM/Debit Dispute
- Check Copy
- Check Reorder
- New Account
- New Loan
- Other Service Request
- Problem/Complaint
- Research
- Statement/Notice Copy
- Stop Payment
The Actions menu on the Contact Manager top menu bar provides access to all the services and activities available at your credit union. Select an activity from the Actions menu to reveal the appropriate window.
