Creating a Campaign

You can use Cross Sell and Tracking to generate referrals from your direct mail distribution list, allowing you to track the success of your marketing campaigns.

Setting Up the Distribution List

Before you can create a campaign, you must set up a *.txt file using your direct mail distribution list. The *.txt file must contain the member number followed by a comma followed by the member name. For example:
