Printing an Envelope
The Print Envelope dialog box lets you up to five lines of member name and address information to the printer defined in the Name/Address field on the Assigned - Online tab on the Print Profile dialog box.
To access the Print Envelope dialog box and print an envelope, under Member Services on the Portico Explorer Bar, click Account Information. The Overview tab appears on top. Locate the member using the search tool on the top menu bar. Click the down arrow to select the search method, then enter the search criteria. Click the green arrow or press ENTER to locate the member.
Click the Print an Envelope button to display the Print Envelope dialog box.

Click Clear Address to clear the address fields.
To change the name and address to upper case, click Toggle Case. Click Toggle Case again to change the name and address back to mixed case.
Click Print to print an envelope for the member using the primary address.
Click Close to close the dialog box without printing the envelope.
