The following permissions and security groups determine the level of access and maintenance a user can perform on an employee or restricted account. Users must be assigned to the pre-defined security groups or you can add the permissions to a credit union-defined security group using the Security Group Permissions – Update window.

EmplSecurity - User Can View/Process Employees Not Included in Employee Restriction Profile

EmplSecurity - User Can Only View Members on Employee Restriction Profile; Can Process Others With Restricted View

The Employee Lockout check box on the Credit Union Profile - Security tab must be selected if users belong to the Employee Security - User Has No Access security group or a credit union-defined security group containing the EmplSecurity - User Can Not View Any Employee Accounts permission.
