Setting Up Warnings and Alerts
Better manage member accounts and enhance member security with Member-Level Warnings and Alerts. Warning and alert messages can be associated with specific members and be used to restrict transactions on a member’s account or provide your employees with valuable information about the member. When a message appears, employees must acknowledge the message before proceeding with the transaction. This acknowledgement ensures that the warning or alert is read and the employee has the proper authority to override an alert and process a transaction for the member.
Three types of new messages can be associated to a member: warnings, alert-lockouts, and alert-freezes.
