Setting Up Document Processing
Before you can begin setting up Document Processing, you must submit your credit union forms to Fiserv for document mapping. You should also verify that the Doc Prep check box on the Products & Services tab on the Credit Union Profile window is selected. The Doc Prep check box must be selected in order for the Documents tab to appear within New Members & Services.
You can use either the Document Preparation – Document Associations - Update window or the Document Preparation – Process Associations - Update window to associate Portico processes and documents.
- The Document Preparation – Document Associations - Update window lets you select a document or group of documents and associate it to specific Portico processes.
- The Document Preparation – Process Associations - Update window lets select a Portico Process and associated a document or group of documents with that process.
