Prism Analytics Extract Report 360
On a monthly, month-end basis, the Prism Analytics Extract Report 360 will be sent to and processed by the Prism Analytics application. After the householding routine and profitability calculation is complete, a file including the member number, household key, head of household indicator, household address and household profitability will be sent back to Portico. Back office will load the household key, head of household indicator and household address to Reporting Analytics. The Portico Implementation Team will schedule the 360 Report.
Suspect Member Currency Transaction Report 840
Household activity can be included on the Suspect Member Currency Transaction Report 840. When the View Household field is Y on the 840 Report Rules, all member numbers that have had cash transactions exceeding your credit union’s minimum transaction amount which belong to the same household are grouped together and the cash transaction amount is subtotaled at the household level. This may assist with BSA/CTR (Bank Secrecy Act/Currency Transaction Report) by helping you identify suspicious activity and/or detecting potential money laundering at the household level.
Householding Security Groups
Before you can maintain household information or view household profitability, you must be assigned one of the following pre-defined security groups, or you can add the following permissions to a credit union-defined security group using the Security Group Permissions – Update window. To assign one of the pre-defined security groups or a credit union-defined security group to your Portico users, complete the following steps:
- On the Portico Explorer Bar, click Security from the Administration menu. On the Security menu bar, click User Maintenance, then click Users. The Users – List window will appear.
- On the Users - List window, select the users that will be using the functionality. Then, click the security groups button. The Security Groups window will appear.
- On the Security Groups window, select the desired security groups from the Not a member of these user groups list box, then click the left arrow. Click the Save button to save your changes.
- The users must now log off and log back into Portico.
