The User Security dialog box displays your current session information and provides access to additional dialog boxes that let you change your password, teller number and password.

Select User Security from the Teller Management menu or select Tools, then select User Security.

The Session Information group box displays the following information:

Field Description

Host Region

The Portico Host zone you wish to log into.

Credit Union ID

The 5-digit credit union ID assigned to the credit union.

Station ID

The default station ID of the application client.

Branch ID

The credit union branch you are currently logged into.

Teller ID

The teller number logged into Portico.

Portico User

Your Portico user ID.

Printer Group

The printer group to use when logging into Portico.

Logon Date

The date and time you logged onto Portico.

To temporarily lock your workstation while you take a break or lunch, complete the following steps:

Select Lunch to sign off Portico and report your lunch break on the User Activity Summary report.

Select Break to sign off Portico and report your break on the User Activity Summary report.

Select View Active Sessions to view a list of the active sessions for your teller number.

Select Change Password to open the Change Portico Password dialog box and change your Portico password.

Select Logoff to log off Portico.

Select Teller Actions to open the Teller Actions dialog box and switch to a different branch and/or teller ID.

Select Cancel to reject your changes and close the dialog box.
