Application Profile - Apps - Collection Letters

The Apps - Collection Letters tab lets you enable collection letters and specify the location of the credit union's collection letters.

Use the following fields to enable collection letters and specify the location of the credit union's collection letters.

• In the Loan Prefix field, enter a prefix between 1 and 5 characters long for the name of the loan collection letters. The system default is LCLTR.
• In the Share Prefix field, enter a prefix between 1 and 5 characters long for the name of the share collection letters. The system default is SCLTR.
• In the Credit Card Prefix field, enter a prefix between 1 and 5 characters long for the name of the credit card collection letters. The system default is KCLTR.
• In the Mortgage Loan Prefix field, enter a prefix between 1 and 5 characters long for the name of the mortgage loan collection letters. The system default is MCLTR.
• Select the browse button (...) next to the Collection Letter Path field to select the shared location for the collection letters. Fiserv recommends using C:\Letters as the location. Add the Letters folder to your C drive using Windows Explorer before you can select the browse button to locate the folder. If the collection letter path does not exist, an error message appears when you access the Tickler File grid.

Select Apply to apply your changes to the Application Profile settings. Select OK to accept your changes. Select Refresh to refresh the Application Profile settings. Select Cancel to close the dialog box without saving your changes.
