Employee Security Associated Accounts

How do I?

The following tables illustrate how the Account Restriction dropdown list on the Contact Information tab, the security groups, and the Accounts Associated to window work together to restrict access to information, limit nonfinancial maintenance and prevent financial transactions.

If the User belongs to this security group: Employee Security - Administrator

To access the Accounts Associated to window, select Security within the Administration menu on the Portico Explorer Bar. On the Security menu bar, select User Maintenance, then select Users. On the Users – List window, select a user and select the accounts associated with the icon button.

Field Help

To add an account on the Accounts Associated to window, complete the following steps:

Enter the member number in the Member column.
Select the member lookup icon to display the member information.
Select the Relationship down arrow and select CU Employee for a CU Employee Restricted member account. Select Other for a Special Account Restricted or Non-Employee Extended Restrictions member account.
Select Apply, and then select Save.

Select Cancel to return to the Users - List window.
