Reviewing the Override/Approval Group List
Supervisors assigned to an override/approval group have the authority to override or approve a transaction. The Override Groups - List window lists the available override/approval groups for each credit union. The supervisors assigned to an override/approval group have the authority to override or approve a transaction for the staff members assigned to the group on the User Assignment - Update window. From the Override/Approval Groups - List window, you can create a new override/approval group and assign users to a specific group.
To open the Override/Approval Groups - List window, under Administration on the Portico Explorer Bar, select Security. On the Security top menu bar, select User Maintenance, then select Override/Approval Groups.

To create a new override/approval group, select New. The Override/Approval Group - New window appears for you to set up the new override/approval group.
To add a new override/approval group by copying an existing override/approval group, select the group, then select the Copy icon button. The Override/Approval Group - Copy window appears.
To assign staff members to an override/approval group, select the group and select the Users Assigned icon button. The User Assignment - Update window appears.
To assign a supervisors to an override/approval group, select the name of the group to open the Override/Approval Group - Update window.
To delete an override group, select the override group, then select Delete. When the confirmation dialog box appears, select OK.
