The Integrated Services - Next Multi-Channel Marketing window lets you define the integration options for using Next Multi-Channel Marketing with Portico. To access the Integrated Services Next Multi-Channel Marketing window, in the Administration menu on the Portico Explorer Bar, click Products/Services. On the Product/Services top menu bar, click Integrated Services, then click Next Multi-Channel Marketing to display the Integrated Services - Next Multi-Channel Marketing window.

Complete the following fields to define the Next Multi-Channel Marketing integration options.

Field Description

Options: Channel ID

A number that uniquely identifies the application or channel over which the customer/member is interacting with the financial institution. Required.

Length: 10 numeric

Options: Max Offer Count Display

The total number of combined offers and services messages that will be sent to Portico from Next Multi-Channel Marketing. The valid values are 1-10. System default is 10. Required.

Options: Offer Limit

The maximum number of basic offers that will be sent to Portico from Next Multi-Channel Marketing. The valid values are 1-10. System default is 10. Required.

Options: Offer Sort

The sorting order of the basic offers and service messages sent to Portico from Next Multi-Channel Marketing. If this value is lower than the Service Message Sort value, then basic offers will be displayed first. The valid values are 1-2. System default is 1. Required.

Options: Service Message Limit

The maximum number of service messages that will be sent to Portico from Next Multi-Channel Marketing. The valid values are 1-10. System default is 10. Required.

Options: Service Message Sort

The sorting order of the basic offers and service messages sent to Portico from Next Multi-Channel Marketing. If this value is lower than the Offer Sort value, then service messages will be displayed first. The valid values are 1-2. System default is 2. Required.

History: Number of Days

The number of days referral and decline history to display in Portico from Next Multi-Channel Marketing. The valid values are 1-90. System default is 90. Required.

History: Sort Order

Indicates how referrals and declines should appear in Portico from Next Multi-Channel Marketing. Required. The valid values are:

Descending - Display the most recent referrals and declines first.

Ascending - Display the oldest referrals and declines first.

History: Response Returns

Indicates if referrals and declines will be displayed in Portico from Next Multi-Channel Marketing. Required. The valid values are:

All - Both referrals and declines will appear.

Maybe - Only referrals will appear.

Rejected - Only declines will appear.

History: Offer Type

Indicates which type of offer will be returned from Next Multi-Channel Marketing. The valid values are: Both, Basic Offer, Service Message. Required.

History: Channel ID

The channel ID indicating the method in which the member responded to the offer. This value is system-generated by Next Multi-Channel Marketing. Enter 0 in this field to retrieve history from all the channels. System default is 0. Required.

History: Max Number of Records

The maximum number of history records to send to Portico from Next Multi-Channel Marketing. The valid values are 1-20. System default is 20. Required.

AA API Certificate Key

The credit union’s certificate key for interacting with AA’s MKT service. This value is provided by the AA team as part of their configuration for the credit union. Required.

Click Save to save the information.

To view and maintain the Integrated Services - Next Multi-Channel Marketing window, users must be assigned to one of the Portico - Security - Administrator security group or you can add the following permissions to a credit union-defined security group using the Security Group Permissions – Update window.
