Viewing Checks Received Endorsement Groups

The Endorsement Groups window lists the available endorsements to print on checks received. To access the Endorsement Groups window, on the Portico Explorer Bar, select Tools under the Administration menu. On the Tools menu bar, select Messages, and select Endorsements.

The Groups grid displays the following information:

Column Heading	Description
Delete	To delete an endorsement group, select the Delete checkbox and select Delete. Select the Delete checkbox in the column heading to automatically select the Delete checkbox for each row.
Name	The name of the endorsement group.

To add a new endorsement group, select New. The Endorsement Group - New window appears.

To delete an endorsement group, select the Delete checkbox and select Delete.
