Selecting the Check Hold Details

On the Transactions - Payments and Deposits for Multiple Members tab, you can select the Chk Hold check box to place a check hold on the check received. Then, click the Hold Detail icon button to display the Check Hold Details dialog box and specify the hold days and hold amount.

For a local check hold, enter the number of days to hold the amount of the local check deposit in the Local Check Hold Days field (Length: 2 numeric).

For an exception check hold, enter the number of days to hold the amount of the exception check deposit in the Exception Hold Days field (Length: 2 numeric). Then, enter the amount of check funds to be held for the specified hold days in the Amount field.

In the Funds Available Immediately field, enter the amount of check funds that will be immediately available in the member account.

Click OK to save the check hold options and close the dialog box.

Click Cancel to cancel your check hold options and close the dialog box.
