Printing a Balance Inquiry
The Print Balances Options dialog box lets you select which account type balances to print and which accounts should be excluded. To access the Print Balances Options dialog box and print account balances, locate the member using the search tool on the top menu bar. Click the down arrow to select the search method, then enter the search criteria. Click the green arrow or press ENTER to locate the member. Click the down arrow next to the Receipt Options icon on the Portico tool bar to display the drop-down menu. Click the Print Balance Inquiry command.

On the Print Balances Options dialog box, select the desired check boxes to indicate which account type balances to print and which accounts should be excluded:
- Select the Print Share Balances check box to print share account balances.
- Select the Accounts with a Balance check box to print share accounts with a balance greater than zero.
- Select the Zero Balance Open Accounts check box to print open share accounts with a zero balance.
- Select the Closed Accounts check box to print closed share accounts.
- Select the Print Loan Balances check box to print loan balances.
- Select the Active Accounts check box to print active loan accounts.
- Select the Open End Zero Balance Accounts check box to print open-end loans with a zero balance.
- Select the Closed End Zero Balance Accounts check box to print closed-end loans with a zero balance.
- Select the Print Certificate Balances check box to print certificate balances.
- Select the Active Accounts check box to print active certificate accounts.
- Select the Surrendered Accounts check box to print surrendered certificate accounts.
Click Print to print the balance inquiry. Click Cancel to close the dialog box without printing the balance inquiry.
