Viewing ATM/Debit Card Activity

The Loans – ATM/Debit Activity tab lets you view up to 6 months of ATM and debit card activity for POS PIN and Signature transactions. To access the ATM/Debit Activity tab, under Member Services on the Portico Explorer Bar, click Account Information. The Overview tab appears on top. Click the Loans tab. Locate the member using the search tool on the top menu bar. Select the down arrow to select the search method, then enter the search criteria. Select the green arrow or press ENTER to locate the member.

Click the Select a Loan Account down arrow to select the loan note number and description. Then, click the green arrow. The General tab appears on top. Click the ATM/Debit Activity tab.

The ATM/Debit Card Activity grid displays up to 6 months of ATM or debit card activity for POS PIN and Signature transactions by ATM or debit ID.

• ATM Withdrawals
  • The accumulated dollar amount for pinned ATM withdrawals for the specified month.
  • The number of successfully completed pinned ATM withdrawal transactions for the specified month.
• ATM Deposits
  • The accumulated dollar amount for pinned ATM deposits for the specified month.
  • The number of successfully completed pinned ATM deposit transactions for the specified month.
• POS-Pin
  • The accumulated dollar amount for pinned POS transactions for the specified month.
  • The number of successfully completed pinned POS transactions for the specified month.
• POS-Signature
  • The accumulated dollar amount for signature POS transactions for the specified month.
  • The number of successfully completed signature POS transactions for the specified month.
• Total Count
  • The total number of successfully completed POS and ATM transactions for the month specified.
