Setting Up Default Assignments for Online Banking Demographic Maintenance
You can define the default assignment options for demographic maintenance on the Online Banking Demographic Maintenance Requests – Default Assignments window. To access the Online Banking Demographic Maintenance Requests – Default Assignments window, click Products/Services on the Administration menu on the Portico Explorer Bar. On the Products/Services menu bar, click Integrated Services and select Online Banking Demographic.

Complete the following steps to define the default assignments for demographic maintenance.
- Click the Department down arrow to select the default department that the demographic maintenance will be assigned to.
- Select the Lock Department check box to prevent users from changing the department.
- Click the Owner down arrow to select the default individual assigned to the demographic maintenance.
- Select the Lock Owner check box to prevent users from changing the assigned individual.
- Click the Priority down arrow to select the default priority.
- Click Apply to apply the changes. Click Save to save your changes.
Click Cancel to close the window without saving your changes to the default settings.
Click Departments to add employees to a department on the Department - Update window.
To access the Online Banking Demographic Maintenance Requests – Default Assignments window, you must assign the following security permissions to your credit union-defined security groups using the Security Group Permissions - Update window:
- IntegratedServices – Integrated Services – Demographic Update – Menu Option: access Online Banking Demographic menu option.
- IntegratedServices – Integrated Services – Demographic Update – View Only: view the Online Banking Demographic Maintenance Requests – Default Assignments window.
- IntegratedServices – Integrated Services – Demographic Update – Maintain: maintain the Online Banking Demographic Maintenance Requests – Default Assignments window.
