Viewing the CTR Institutions
The CTR Institutions window lists all the branch locations added by your credit union. An institution must be added for any branch that will be used as a Transmitter, a Parent Organization, or a branch location on a CTR. You must create the CTR institutions for your credit union before you can electronically file CTR reports using the BSA website.
To access the CTR Institutions window, click Administration within the BSA Reporting menu on the Portico Explorer Bar. On the Administration menu, click Maintenance, then click CTR Institutions.

The CTR Institutions grid lists all the branch locations added by your credit union. To add a new institution, click Add.

Details | Click the Details icon button to view/maintain the details of an existing institution |
The following security permissions included in the CTR Administrator security group support access to the CTR Institutions window:
- BSAReporting – Maintenance – CTR Institutions
- BSAReporting – Maintenance – CTR Institutions – View Only
