Select the fields you want to update and click Update CPS/CSC. An account maintenance web message will be sent to CPS/CSC in real-time with the Portico values in the selected fields. The CPS/CSC Response column will display with the response code and response message received for each field.

For Credit Choice users who restrict non-financial updates to consumer or business accounts, the fields are disabled and the Update CSC button does not appear.

CSC validates the city, state and ZIP code updates received. If the city, state and ZIP code are found to be invalid, an INVALID message will appears in the CSC Response field.

You can also update the member information from the Contact Information tab. Portico will allow you to send an account maintenance web message to CPS/CSC for each credit card account number on the member’s account whenever the following information is modified on the Contact Information tab: home phone, cell phone, work phone, taxpayer ID number, date of birth, driver’s license number, driver’s license state, email, and address.

After the maintenance transaction is complete, Portico will display a message asking you if you would like to update CPS/CSC with the new information.

For Credit Choice users who restrict non-financial updates to consumer or business accounts, this message does not appear.

Click No to close the message with no further action. Click Yes to send an account inquiry web message to CPS/CSC to retrieve the values of the fields using the first CPS/CSC account number on the member’s account. Portico will display the Update CPS Owner Information dialog box or Update CSC Information dialog box. Select the fields you want to update and click Update CPS/CSC.

After a seasonal address change occurs in the Portico back-office cycle, Portico will send an account maintenance web message to CPS/CSC to update the address for each CPS/CSC account number on the members account when the seasonal address is engaged and again when it expires.

Seasonal address changes are not sent for Credit Choice users who restrict non-financial updates to consumer or business accounts.

Click Cancel to close the dialog box.
