Capturing and Retrieving Member ID/Signature

You can capture and retrieve member identification information such as signatures, ID cards and photos through Portico. Captured images are initially stored in a temporary location on your PC or network, and later transferred to Nautilus Essentials for permanent, secure storage.

In order to capture and retrieve signatures and other images, your credit union must use Nautilus Essentials. For credit unions new to Portico, all photos and signatures will be loaded into the system and assigned your conversion date as the capture date.
