You can merge debts from two or more existing hard pull credit reports on the Credit Bureau Request dialog box.

How do I?

To merge debts from two or more existing hard pull credit reports, select the check boxes next to the reports in the Previously Requested Reports grid. The reports must have the same date and time stamp. Then, click Merge. The Merged Debts dialog box displays merged trade lines for selected reports from the Credit Bureau Request dialog box. Duplicate debts found within credit reports are identified and ignored using the subscriber name, account number, date opened, and account type.

Field Help

The Merged Debts grid contains the following information:

Column Heading Description

Creditor Name

The name of the creditor from the credit bureau report.

Balance

The current debt balance for the account from the credit bureau report.

Monthly Payment

The monthly payment for the account from the credit bureau report.

SSN

Indicates if the debt belongs to the Primary (P) or Secondary (S) Social Security number. Portico partially masks taxpayer ID numbers.

ECOA

The account designator from the credit bureau report.

Payment Status

The status of a payment, such as past due, from the credit report.

Term

The terms of payment on an account from the credit bureau report.

MR

The number of months reviewed on the credit report.

Loan Type

The type of loan the customer has with the creditor.

High Credit

The highest amount of credit allowed on an account.

Date

The date the customer opened the account from the credit bureau report.

Click Cancel to the close the dialog box.
