Issuing an Audio ID
The PIN Issue dialog box lets you order a PIN for an audio ID. Complete the following steps to access the PIN Issue dialog box.
- Under Member Services on the Portico Explorer Bar, click Account Information. The Overview tab appears on top.
- Locate the member using the search tool on the top menu bar. Select the down arrow to select the search method, then enter the search criteria. Select the green arrow or press ENTER to locate the member.
- An Audio Response button will appear on the Overview tab if the member has an Audio Response ID. Click the Audio Response button to display the Self Service ID Maintenance dialog box. The Audio Response button also appears on the Transactions tab and Adjustments tab.
- Click the Account ID down arrow to select the audio ID.
- Click Order PIN to display the PIN Issue dialog box.

The date that Portico sent a PIN order by tape or automatic transmission to the vendor. Portico sends a PIN order based on the options specified in the ORDER FREQ and MINIMUM ORDERS fields on the 035 Report Rules. The word PENDING appears if Portico has not sent the order to the vendor. Blanks in this field indicate that you have not placed a PIN order for this member. |

The type of EFT processing associated with this ID. The valid options are: |

The primary owner's full name. |

The joint owner's name. |

The address information for the primary owner. |
Complete the following steps to order a PIN for the audio ID.
- Click the PIN Order Activity down arrow to select the PIN order activity required to process the PIN order.
- Click the Field Number down arrow to select the type and location of information required by the PIN order activity.
- In the Field Content field, enter the content corresponding to the type and location of information required by the PIN order activity. Length: 26 alphanumeric
- Click Save to save your changes.
Click Cancel to close the dialog box without saving your changes.
