Viewing Member Notes

The Member Notes dialog box displays the guest member's birth date, account open date, driver's license, pass phrase, email address, and any important notes or messages about the guest member. To view notes about a guest member, click the Notes button on the Transaction tab to open the Member Notes dialog box.
For Portico issuer credit unions...
- The Birth Date field will display the member's birth date from the Contact Information tab.Portico masks birthdates. You can click inside the field to show the birthdate. When you tab out of the field, the birthdate is masked. The birthdate will remain unmasked as long as the field has focus. Portico logs each time a user clicks inside a field to view a birthdate in the View Sensitive Data Audit report.
- The Account Open Date field will display the date the member joined the credit union from the Contact Information tab.
- The Driver's License field will include both the state and driver's license number from the Contact Information tab. Portico masks driver license numbers. You can click inside the field to show the driver license number. When you tab out of the field, the driver license number will be masked. The driver's license number will remain unmasked as long as the field has focus. Portico will log each time a user clicks inside a field to view a driver license number in the View Sensitive Data Audit report.
- The Pass Phrase field will display the phone verification from the Contact Information tab.
- The Email Address field will display the email address in the first E-Mail field on the Contact Information tab.
- The Message field will display the text from the Message field on the Messages tab.
