Teller Open Warning
A Teller Open Warning message will appear after you log into Portico if your teller is open for any date other than the current date.
Two different messages can appear based on the teller open date.
- If the teller is open for the current month, the message will include the date and a recommendation to close the teller.
- If the teller date is anything but the current month, the message will be more urgent indicating the teller is open for a prior month and that it is highly recommended the teller be closed prior to proceeding.
Click Continue to continue working in Portico. Click Start Close Process to display the Balancing and Close tab and complete the teller close process.
