Using Cross Sell Opportunities

Cross Sell and Tracking lets you offer a member a product or service for referral, decline, or sale using the Cross Sell Opportunities window. From the Cross Sell Opportunities window, you can access the Sale - New window, Referral - New window, or Decline - New window.
