Card Details
The Card Details sub-tab displays the individual credit card number(s) associated with the CPS/CSC account along with the card information, including the name embossed on the credit card and the name and address where the credit card will be mailed. The information is retrieved from CPS/CSC through a real-time Account Inquiry web message.
You can select a credit card on the Loans tab or click the credit card number in the Loans column on the Account Summary grid to display real-time credit card information. Click the Card Details sub-tab to view the co-owner information.
Select a credit card number from the drop-down list to view the information. Credit card numbers are partially masked. You can click inside the View Card Number field to view the credit card number. When you tab out of the field, the credit card number will be masked. The credit card number will remain unmasked as long as the field has focus.Portico will log each time a user clicks inside the View Card Number field to view a credit card number in the View Sensitive Data Audit report. The Portico – User Can View PAN security permission is not required to view the card number.


How do I? and Field Help
To maintain the information on the Card Details sub-tab, modify the fields as needed and click Update CPS/CSC. Portico will send an account maintenance web message to CPS/CSC in real-time to update the information.
For Credit Choice users who restrict non-financial updates to consumer or business accounts, the fields are disabled and the Update CSC button does not appear.
You can also activate a credit card from the Card Details sub-tab. Click Activate Card to activate the credit card. A confirmation message will appear. Click Yes to send a real-time account maintenance message to CPS/CSC to activate the card. A successful message from Credit Processing Solutions will appear.

The codes used to specially process an account. For CPS/CSC only. For CSC, this is the presentation instrument status. This field is customized using the Customized Fields window and should match the valid values in CPS/CSC. For CSC, use the Card Block Code field on the Customized Fields window. For CPS, use the Block Code - CPS field on the Customized Fields window. If you select Lost or Stolen from the Card Block Code drop-down list, CSC will automatically close the lost or stolen card and add a new card account in its place. When you refresh the member and access the Card Details tab, you will notice that the lost or stolen card will no longer appear in the Select a Card Number drop-down list. Instead, a new card will appear with the same embossed name and override mailing information as the lost or stolen card. The new card plastic is also automatically ordered. Length: 1 alphanumeric |
