Cross Sell and Tracking Reports

Cross Sell and Tracking provides several reports to help you evaluate the effectiveness of your cross sell plans:

Referral and Sale Summary: generates a report containing referral, decline and sale summary information. The report lists all the products sold from the Opportunities popup; from a manually created sale, referral, or decline; as a new product added from New Members and Services; from the financial transaction screen; or from the member account overview. You can generate the report by employee, origin of sale or product group.
Sold Referrals Summary: generates a report containing all the referrals sold through the Opportunities popup, products manually added to Cross Sell, and products sold outside of Cross Sell or outside of the Opportunities popup. If a product is sold without being referred, it will not appear on this report. Open referrals will not appear on this report. You can generate the report by employee or origin of sale.
Sale Summary: generates a report containing a summary of all the products sold through Cross Sell, New Members and Services, financial transactions, or from the member account overview. You can generate the report by employee or origin of sale.
Decline Reason Summary: generates a report that lists the product or service offered and the reason the member gave for declining the opportunity. You can generate the report by employee, origin of sale or product group.
Cross Sell Plan Summary: generates a report containing cross sell plan information at the plan level. Products must be sold from the Opportunities popup dialog box to be included in the report.
Opportunity Summary: generates a report that contains the number of cross sell opportunities offered and the number of sales, referrals, and declines made by an employee during a selected time period.
Opportunity Pop Audit Summary: lists the credit union employees who turned on and turned off the Opportunities popup dialog box.
Purge Summary: generates a report containing purge information.
