Setting Up Your Credit Union Profile

The Credit Union Profile window lets you set up your credit union preferences.

To access the Credit Union Profile window, under Administration on the Portico Explorer Bar, select Profiles. On the Profiles top menu bar, select System, and then select Credit Union. The Credit Union Profile window appears. Select and hold the left and right arrows to scroll through the tabs.

The Credit Union Profile window is comprised of 14 tabs. Select the following links to view information about each of the tabs on the Credit Union Profile window:

• Member
• Shares
• Loans
• Products & Services
• ACH/Payroll
• Self Service
• Teller
• History/Reversals
• Accounting
• Print
• Signatures
• Web Signatures
• Security
• Purge

On the Credit Union Profile tabs, users with the maintain security permission can update some branch-level and credit union-level fields. Branch-level fields are indicated by blue font and can be modified for an individual branch or for all branches. Displaying the Credit Union Profile window for branch 000 will reveal a Change All Branches checkbox that can be used to update the fields for all your credit union branches. The Change All Branches checkbox will not appear if you are viewing the Credit Union Profile window for a branch other than branch 000. A Save button appears in each section to let you save changes to the fields in that section only. Also, a host transaction code (for example, 902) appears in the section headings to assist you with reviewing the audit report that documents updates to these fields.

To access the Credit Union Profile window, users must be assigned to the predefined Portico - Profiles - Administrator or Portico - Profiles - View Only security groups or you can add these permissions to a credit union-defined security group using the Security Group Permissions – Update window.
